The Caravan Site
The Site
Vishwell Farm Caravan Site was established in the 1960s alongside the original farmhouse on the other side of the road. When the barns were renovated to houses in the early 2000s, the site moved to where it is today. Surrounded by farmland, the site is a picture perfect place to stay.
The wide entrance makes access easy for all sizes of caravans and motorhomes.
The site is
family and
dog friendly, with ample space to sit and enjoy the beautiful rural views. Please keep your dogs on a lead when on site. Observe the local wildlife, from birds of prey flying high above to rabbits playing on the grass, or watch us working on the farm, with tractors in the surrounding fields, or moving cattle in the farmyard.
The Facilities
Our facilities have been updated in 2024 and we are continuing to make improvements to our site.
This year we have added a new toilet and shower block which includes:
- Disabled toilets and showers
- Rubbish and recycling area
- Washing-up facilities
- Grey water and chemical waste disposal
- Drinking water tap
- Electric car charging point
These are located in one, convenient place, accessed via a flat, tarmacc track.
Our facilities are open all year round and cleaned daily, and can be accessed anytime of day or night, with sensor lights throughout.
